Abstract
Abdulkarim Sorush belongs to those intellectuals who represent the movement of a religious revival. He is among the people who can with justice be called Iran's modern thinkers, philosophers and public figures. In spite of the fact that at present Sorush does not busy himself with public, political and teaching activity in his country he still remains an outstanding figure and a bearer of innovatory ideas, which do not cease to excite the public and first of all the youth of Iran.
