Abstract

"Arab political spring" is a revolution made by educated youth, whose leadership was taken over by the West and Arab theocratic monarchies. Having long ago aspired to put an end to the "epoch of Nasser", the major Western powers and the monarchies of the East try today to restructure the Arab world on a new colonial basis.
