Abstract
Russian-Arab trade and economic relations have a rather long history but the last 25 years they have been marked by hard problems reaching a peak in the end of the 1980s and testing a deep fall-down in the 1990s after the dismantling of the Soviet Union. Nowadays they may have chance to restore their potential that remained parked idle but now is under reconstruction in order to gain new forms in a new geopolitical reality.
